Orphanage information
The Qingliu County Social Welfare Institute is located in the mountainous area of western Fujian Province. Qinliu is a small town, and most of the local population speak the Hakka dialect. This mountainous area is within the range of the endangered South China Tiger. The Qingliu orphanage appears to be new to international adoption.
