Licheng District Social Welfare Institute, Quanzhou

Only a few children have been adopted internationally from the Licheng District orphanage in Quanzhou. A family who visited in 2006 reported that there were only about 20 children in the orphanage at that time, most of them between the ages of 4 and 10.
